Changzheng is a town in the west of Putuo District, Shanghai. It sits within the city's Putuo District, on Shanghai's western side.

Three days in Changzheng

Day one: Base yourself in Changzheng, a town in Putuo District, and use it as your starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Take your time getting oriented, since Changzheng sits within Putuo District rather than in the centre of Shanghai itself.

Day two: Travel into Shanghai, the major city that Putuo District belongs to, and spend the day getting a feel for its scale and variety. Return to Changzheng in the evening.

Day three: Use your final day to revisit whatever part of Changzheng or Putuo District you found most interesting, or make one more trip into Shanghai before you leave.
