Walk the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail After Dark
Start at dusk, when the heat finally lifts and the CBD fills with families in thongs and Santa hats. The Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail strings 22 installations across a 3.5 km route through the city centre and Northbridge, and it runs nightly from 28 November to 28 December. Walk it slowly — this is the centrepiece of a Perth Christmas, and the crowds treat it as a promenade rather than a commute.
