Wartburg is a small town in the uMshwathi Local Municipality of KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa. It is situated approximately 27 kilometres north-east of Pietermaritzburg and 50 kilometres south of Greytown, placing it in the inland region between these two larger towns.
The town serves as a minor settlement within the KwaZulu-Natal interior, functioning as part of the local municipal infrastructure of the uMshwathi area.
