Wallis and Futuna

Utuloa is a settlement in Wallis and Futuna, a French overseas collectivity in the South Pacific. The territory consists of three main volcanic islands: Wallis, Futuna, and Alofi, located approximately 2,000 kilometers northeast of Fiji.

Wallis and Futuna is home to a small population of around 11,000 people, with the majority living on Wallis Island. The territory maintains strong French administrative ties while preserving Polynesian cultural traditions and languages, including Wallisian and Futunan, alongside French.
