Clinton is a city located in Davis County, Utah, within the United States. It is situated as part of the Ogden–Clearfield, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Originally established as a quiet farming community, the city experienced significant expansion during the 1990s and has continued to see rapid growth since that period. The population increased from 20,426 in the 2010 census to 23,386 in the 2020 census, with an estimated population of 23,597 recorded in 2021.
