Lexington is a city located in Henderson County, Tennessee, in the United States. It serves as the county seat for Henderson County.
The city is situated midway between Memphis and Nashville. It lies approximately 10 miles (16 km) south of Interstate 40, which provides the primary connection between those two major cities. According to the 2020 census, the population of Lexington was 7,956.
