Brookville is a borough located in Jefferson County within the state of Pennsylvania in the United States. It is situated approximately 70 miles (110 km) northeast of Pittsburgh.
Established in 1830, Brookville serves as the county seat of Jefferson County. As of the 2020 census, the borough had a population of 3,995 residents.
