Bethany is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in Washington County, Oregon, within the United States. It is situated in the Portland metropolitan area, positioned north of U.S. Route 26 and Oak Hills.
The community is located approximately four miles northwest of Cedar Mill and sits near the city of Beaverton. As of the 2020 census, Bethany had a population of 31,350 residents.
