Hobart is a city in Kiowa County, Oklahoma, and serves as the county seat. Located west-southwest of Oklahoma City and northwest of Lawton, it is named after Garret Hobart, the 24th Vice President of the United States. According to the 2020 Census, Hobart had a population of 3,413.
The city is served by Hobart Regional Airport. Hobart is home to two notable museums: the General Tommy Franks Museum and the Kiowa County Museum, which provide local historical and cultural attractions for residents and visitors.
