Celina is a city located in Mercer County, Ohio, within the United States. It serves as the county seat for the region. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 10,935.
The city is situated on the northwestern shores of Grand Lake St. Marys. Geographically, it is positioned approximately 58 miles (93 km) northwest of Dayton.
