Thomasville is a city located in Davidson County, North Carolina, in the United States. Portions of the city extend into neighboring Randolph County. As of the 2020 census, the municipality had a population of 27,183.
Situated within the Piedmont Triad region, Thomasville was established in 1852. The city was historically significant for its furniture industry, a trade also prominent in nearby High Point and Lexington. Additionally, the city is home to "Everybody's Day," which is recognized as the state's oldest festival.
