Novopokrovka is a name shared by several inhabited localities in Ukraine, two of which are villages in the Crimea region. One is located in Kirovske Raion, and the other in Krasnohvardiiske Raion. Both are rural settlements, distinguishing them from the urban-type settlements of the same name found in Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts.
The Crimean villages of Novopokrovka are part of the broader pattern of place names across Ukraine, where the same name may be reused for multiple settlements in different administrative regions. Beyond their status as villages within their respective raions, the available reference material provides no further details about their population, history, or local features.
Because the name Novopokrovka refers to numerous localities throughout the country, the Crimean villages should not be confused with the urban-type settlements or the many other rural localities bearing the same name in oblasts such as Kherson, Luhansk, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia.
