Kumluca is a town (belde) and municipality in the Ulus District of Bartın Province, Turkey. It lies in the Black Sea region of northern Anatolia, within the district of Ulus rather than at the coastal city of Bartın itself.
The town is situated along the Kocanaz River. Its population was recorded as 2,064 in 2021. By road, Kumluca is about 29 kilometres (18 mi) from the district centre of Ulus and roughly 38 kilometres (24 mi) from the provincial centre of Bartın.
