Kahramankazan is a municipality and district of Ankara Province in Turkey, located in the Akıncı plain to the northwest of Ankara city. The district covers an area of 547 square kilometers and had a population of 59,123 as of 2022, making it a significant suburban settlement in the Ankara metropolitan area.
The town sits at an elevation of 892 meters (2,927 feet) above sea level. Its position in the Ankara plain and proximity to the provincial capital have shaped its development as part of the greater Ankara urban region.
