Çağlayan is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Ortahisar, in Trabzon Province, Turkey. Its population was 2,716 as of 2022. Before the 2013 reorganisation of local government, it held the status of a town (belde).
The settlement is situated along the valley of the Altındere creek. It lies on Turkish state highway D.885, which connects Trabzon with the hinterland, and is about 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from the city of Trabzon.
