Ulubey is a municipality and district in Ordu Province, Turkey. It lies inland from the Black Sea coast at an elevation of about 602 metres (1,975 feet). The district covers an area of 295 square kilometres.
The population of Ulubey district was recorded as 16,976 in 2022. As a district centre, the town serves as the administrative seat for the surrounding rural area within Ordu Province.
