Gürpınar is a municipality and district located in the Van Province of Turkey. It covers an expansive land area of 4,028 square kilometers (approximately 1,555 square miles).
The district is notable for its size, ranking as the second-largest district in Turkey after Karaman District. As of 2022, Gürpınar has a population of 31,865 residents.
