Mahmutlar is a neighborhood located within the district and municipality of Alanya in the Antalya Province of Turkey. Situated approximately 10 kilometers east of Alanya, it was formerly classified as a town (belde) before being reorganized into a neighborhood in 2013.
The area has undergone significant transformation due to the development of holiday homes and apartments designed for European tourists. To accommodate this growing tourism industry, local infrastructure and roads have been improved to provide better services for visitors.
As of 2022, the population of Mahmutlar is recorded at 53,034.
