Guadalupe is a town located in the northern part of São Tomé Island in São Tomé and Príncipe. It serves as the administrative seat of Lobata District and has a population of 7,604.
The town is situated approximately 1.5 km northwest of Agostinho Neto, 10 km east of Neves, and 11 km northwest of the capital city São Tomé. Its position in the northern region of the island places it within the broader geography of this small Central African island nation.
