Thuwal is a coastal village in Jeddah Governorate, in the Makkah Province of Saudi Arabia. It lies along the coast of the Red Sea in the Hejaz region.
The village is located roughly 80 kilometres (50 mi) north of Jeddah and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of King Abdullah Economic City.
