Krasnoarmeysk is a town located in the Saratov Oblast region of Russia. It is situated approximately 75 kilometers (47 miles) south of Saratov, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.
The population of the town has remained relatively stable over recent decades. According to census data, the population was recorded at 24,055 in 1989, grew to 25,411 in 2002, and was recorded at 24,364 in 2010.
