Olari is a commune in Prahova County, in the historical region of Muntenia, Romania. It is located in the southern part of the county, within the wider Wallachian plain north of the Danube.
The commune is composed of three villages: Fânari, Olari, and Olarii Vechi. Until 2004, these villages belonged to Gherghița Commune; in that year they were split off to form a separate commune, with Olari as its administrative centre.
