Fântânele is a commune in Prahova County, in the Muntenia region of Romania. It is made up of two villages, Bozieni and Fântânele.
Until 2004 the commune also included the villages of Ghinoaica, Ungureni and Vadu Săpat; in that year these three were split off to form the separate commune of Vadu Săpat.
