Văleni is a commune in Olt County, in the historical region of Muntenia, Romania. It is located in the southern part of the country, within the administrative framework of Olt County.
The commune is composed of four villages: Mandra, Popești, Tirișneag and Văleni. The village of Văleni serves as the administrative centre of the commune.
