Lipova is a town in Romania, located in Arad County within the Banat region. It lies about 34 km (21 mi) from Arad, the county capital, at the contact zone between the river Mureș and the Zarand Mountains, the Western Plateau, and the Lipova Hills.
The town administers two villages, Radna (also known as Máriaradna) and Șoimoș (also known as Solymosvár). Its total surface area is 134.6 km2 (52.0 sq mi).
