Chilca is a town in the Lima region of Peru, located on the Pacific coast about 70 km south of the center of Lima. It lies near the district of Pucusana, within the broader Lima metropolitan area's southern reaches.
The area is best known as the site of the Chilca Launch Range, a rocket launch facility situated at approximately 12°30′S 76°48′W. The range is associated with the town of Chilca and has been used for sounding rocket launches and related aerospace activity.
