Milpuc is a district in the Amazonas region of northern Peru. It is one of twelve districts that make up the province of Rodríguez de Mendoza, and the town of Milpuc serves as the district's administrative centre.
The district lies in the cloud-forest highlands on the eastern slopes of the Andes, where the terrain descends toward the Amazon basin. This setting gives the area a humid, mild climate and surrounding vegetation typical of Peru's ceja de selva, or "eyebrow of the jungle" zone.
Like other districts in Rodríguez de Mendoza province, Milpuc is primarily agricultural, with local livelihoods based on crops such as coffee, fruit, and other produce suited to the region's elevation and climate. The province is named after Rodríguez de Mendoza, a Peruvian statesman, and forms part of the broader Amazonas region in the country's north.
