Francisco I. Madero is a city located in the northern Mexican state of Coahuila. Situated at an elevation of approximately 1,100 meters (3,600 feet) above sea level, it sits within the southwestern portion of the state near the border with Durango.
The city is situated in the economic region known as Laguna. It serves as the municipal seat for the Francisco I. Madero Municipality.
