Rotenboden is a hamlet (Weiler) located in the municipality of Triesenberg in Liechtenstein. It stands at an elevation of 850 meters, making it the highest settlement in the country.
As a small hamlet rather than a town or city, Rotenboden represents one of Liechtenstein's sparse mountainous settlements. Its elevated position in the Alps reflects the alpine geography of the region and the settlement patterns of the principality's mountain communities.
