North Side is a town and district located on the northern coast of Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. As of 2021, the town had a population of 1,902 residents, making it a small but established community within the archipelago.
Situated on Grand Cayman's northern shore, North Side represents one of the island's residential districts. Its geographic position on the island's windward side distinguishes it from the more densely populated western and southern areas of Grand Cayman, where the capital George Town and major tourist facilities are concentrated.
