Yeonil (Korean: 연일읍) is a town, or eup, in Nam-gu, Pohang, in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. It forms part of the city of Pohang rather than being an independent municipality, and it lies within the Nam-gu district of that city.
The settlement was formerly a township known as Yeonil-myeon and was upgraded to town status, becoming Yeonil-eup, in 1980. This administrative change reflected its growth within the Pohang area.
The Yeonil Town Office, the local administrative body for the town, is located in Geojeong-ri.
