Oyugis is a town in Homa Bay County in the Nyanza region of Kenya. It is the second-largest town in the county.
The town lies along the Kisumu–Kisii highway, which connects it to the wider western Kenya road network.
Oyugis serves as the commercial and financial centre of Rachuonyo Sub-County in Homa Bay County, within the former Nyanza Province.
