Kikugawa is a city situated in the western portion of Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. It covers a total area of 94.19 square kilometers (36.37 sq mi). As of February 28, 2023, the city had an estimated population of 47,714 residents living in 18,775 households, resulting in a population density of 510 persons per square kilometer.
The city is notably recognized for its production of green tea. Its official slogan is "Green for the Next Generation."
