Setouchi is a city located in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture in Japan. It covers a total land area of 125.45 square kilometers (48.44 square miles).
As of January 31, 2023, the city had an estimated population of 36,499 people living in 15,934 households. The area maintains a population density of approximately 290 persons per square kilometer.
