Asakuchi is a city located in the Okayama Prefecture of Japan. It covers a total area of 66.464 square kilometers (25.662 sq mi) and maintains a population density of approximately 500 persons per square kilometer.
As of March 1, 2023, the city had an estimated population of 33,322 residents living in 14,409 households. The city is notably the location of the headquarters for the Konkokyo religion.
