Tōin is a town situated within the Inabe District of Mie Prefecture in Japan. It covers a total land area of approximately 22.66 square kilometers (8.75 square miles).
As of May 31, 2021, the town had an estimated population of 25,887 residents living in 10,027 households. The area maintains a population density of 1,100 persons per square kilometer.
