Hakusan is a city located in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. It is the second-most populous city in the prefecture, after Kanazawa.
As of 31 January 2018, the city had an estimated population of 113,375, distributed across 43,246 households, giving a population density of 290 persons per square kilometre. The total area of the city was 754.93 square kilometres (291.48 square miles).
