Noboribetsu is a city located in the Iburi Subprefecture of Hokkaido, Japan. It is situated southwest of Sapporo, west of Tomakomai, and northeast of Hakodate.
The city is part of the Shikotsu-Toya National Park. It is known for its location within this protected natural area.
