Kaizu is a city situated in the Gifu Prefecture of Japan. It covers a total land area of 112.03 square kilometers (43.26 sq mi). As of April 1, 2018, the city had an estimated population of 34,960 residents living in 12,167 households, resulting in a population density of 310 persons per square kilometer.
