Buseto Palizzolo is a town and comune in north-western Sicily, Italy. It is administratively part of the province of Trapani.
The comune is one of several small municipalities that make up the inland hill country behind the Trapani coast, in the part of Sicily historically known as the Val di Mazara. Like much of this area, it is a rural community set among agricultural land rather than a coastal resort.
