Pau is a small commune located in the Province of Oristano in Sardinia, Italy. Situated approximately 70 kilometres northwest of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres southeast of Oristano, the town occupies an area of 14.1 square kilometres.
As of 2004, Pau had a population of 330 residents, making it a modest-sized settlement within the Oristano province. The commune is part of the broader Sardinian landscape in central-western Italy.
