Denice is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria, in the Italian region of Piedmont. It is located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Alessandria.
The comune covers an area of 7.4 square kilometres (2.9 sq mi). As of 30 June 2017, it had a population of 175.
