Castellar was a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo, in the Italian region of Piedmont. It was located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southwest of Turin and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Cuneo.
As of 31 December 2004, Castellar had a population of 253 and an area of 3.8 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi).
