Acqui Terme is a city and comune located in the province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres south-southwest of the city of Alessandria.
The municipality is recognized as one of the primary winemaking areas for the Italian DOCG wine known as Brachetto d'Acqui.
