Bonemerse is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona, in the Italian region of Lombardy. It is located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southeast of Milan and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) southeast of Cremona, the provincial capital.
The comune sits in the Po Valley of northern Italy, in the flat agricultural countryside that surrounds Cremona. Its position a short distance from Cremona places it within the immediate orbit of that city, which serves as the main urban and administrative centre for the area.
