Annicco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona, within the Italian region of Lombardy. It is located in northern Italy, roughly 60 kilometres (37 miles) southeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 miles) northwest of Cremona, the provincial capital.
The comune sits in the flat Po Valley landscape that characterises much of the Cremona area, a territory historically shaped by agriculture and by the course of the Po River and its tributaries. As a municipality, Annicco administers its own local government and includes the surrounding rural settlement within its boundaries.
Like many small comuni in this part of Lombardy, Annicco is defined chiefly by its administrative status and its position between two larger urban centres, Milan and Cremona, both of which lie within easy reach. The municipality forms part of the dense network of small towns that make up the Cremona province.
