Ameglia is a municipality (comune) in the Province of La Spezia, in the Liguria region of Italy. It is located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Genoa and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southeast of La Spezia.
The municipality has a population of 4,265. It is one of the smaller comuni of the province, situated in the coastal hinterland of eastern Liguria near the border with Tuscany.
