Beringin is a district (kecamatan) in Indonesia. According to the available reference material, it lies in the Deli Serdang Regency in the province of North Sumatra, not in Central Java. It covers a land area of 56.94 square kilometres.
The district had a population of 60,711 at the 2020 census, and an official population estimate of 67,904 as at mid 2024. It is sub-divided into eleven rural villages (desa).
