Vižinada is a village and municipality located in the interior of western Istria, Croatia. Situated 17 kilometres northeast of Poreč at an elevation of 400 metres, it occupies the inland regions of the Istrian Peninsula rather than the more developed coastal areas.
The local economy is primarily agriculture-based, reflecting its position as a rural settlement in Istria's interior. This characteristic distinguishes Vižinada from many of the region's coastal tourist destinations.
