Cofradía is a town in northwestern Honduras, located in the Naco Valley within the Cortés Department. It lies about 24 kilometres southwest of San Pedro Sula.
With a population of 45,430, Cofradía is the second largest city in the San Pedro Sula Municipality. Its position in the Naco Valley places it within one of Honduras's principal agricultural and industrial corridors, close to the country's second major urban centre.
